For our knives we use a CATRASHARP system which grinds the perfect edge every time and we can offer this service while you wait at a very affordable price. We offer a trade service to all catering personnel and discounts apply for multiple knife sharpening orders. Our scissor sharpening is carried out on our Tormek supergrind system. We sharpen scissors on a slow wet stone grinder which keeps the steel of the scissors cool and with dedicated jigs we obtain the perfect edge. Our scissor sharpening service is a next day service but knives can be sharpened while you wait
